Jane Thomas, General Manager Jane joined Telecom Express in 2001 making her one of Spoke’s longest standing and experienced employees in managing a range of print and broadcast clients. She took over management of the broadcast division in 2008, successfully growing the companies’ position in the broadcast market. Jane has responsibility for all broadcast campaigns, including Big Brother, Strictly Come Dancing and Sports Personality of The Year. Her current focus is to assist broadcasters including radio stations and production companies with guidance on new technologies.
Sarah Fenton, General Manager Sarah spent ten years in the print media sector, working at News International (now News UK), Trinity Mirror, Independent News & Media and Archant. Roles in marketing, promotions and business development involved mobile and interactive publishing. Sarah then moved to Eckoh UK Ltd in 2009 to become print media Account Director. This remained her focus with Telecom Express until 2011. Sarah now manages structure & partnerships to enhance our portfolio and service offering to see Spoke and our clients develop & prosper.
Michael Rumney, Head of Interactive Media Michael was Customer Service Manager with Spoke from 2002 and more recently became Head of Interactive Media. During his time here he has gained a vast knowledge across all areas of the business working with a large selection of clients on many and varied projects. This broad experience combined with Michael’s excellent people management skills and vision were behind his promotion. Michael has created a motivated and friendly working environment for the team.
Tom Hines, Media Services Director Tom has worked in client services for the last ten years, initially at Broadsystem Ltd and then as Account Director at Eckoh UK Ltd, before being appointed Media Services Director at Telecom Express in 2010. At Spoke, Tom is responsible for our work with the Charity sector, developing secure donations services with some of the leading UK charities over the past few years. Tom also heads the Client Services team for broadcast delivering a host of services to a diverse range of television and radio clients.
Bethanie Gavin, Senior Account Manager Beth is an experienced & loyal member of the team. Working for us since 2007 she has gained extensive knowledge of the industry; whilst managing a variety of Spoke’s biggest print media clients including News UK, Northern & Shell, DMG Media, Time Inc. (UK), Hearst Magazines UK and Channel 5. Beth is one of our biggest assets and has built a great rapport with clients over the years.
